Karena konsumen membutuhkan penjelasan atas apa yang diberikan atau yang didapatkan dari produsen sendiri. Secara logis bila seorang konsumen merasa tidak puas akan pelayanan suatu produk barang/jasa dia berhak untuk mendapatkan penjelasan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan apalagi kalau masalah tersebut sudah berhubungan dengan nyawa seperti yang terjadi dalam Kasus Ibu Prita tentang pelayanan Rumah Sakit. Walaupun sudah dijelaskan kalau pihak Ibu Prita telah menandatangani Surat Keterangan untuk Melakukan Prosedur Kesehatan oleh pihak Dokter tapi sebagai orang awam banyak yang tidak mengerti tentang hal ini. Jujur saja saya sendiri tidak mengetahui tentang Surat tersebut apabila saya tidak membaca salah satu manga bertema tentang kedokteran. Dan yang perlu di perhatikan disini sebaiknya hati-hati bagi keluarga pasien atau pasien itu sendiri untuk selalu mendampingi keluarganya dan selalu membaca dengan teliti semua surat Perjanjian yang di sodorkan oleh pihak Rumah Sakit agar hal-hal yang dialami oleh Ibu Prita tidak terjadi oleh orang lain. Semoga Ibu Prita bisa menang dalam kasus ini karena kalau dilihat secara awam banyak celah dalam persidangan tersebut, Amin. Bila memang sebuah opini dianggap bisa mencemarkan nama baik berarti opini yang ada saat ini di forum-forum berita, pertemanan, dan lain sebagainya bisa dianggap yang mengatakannya akan ditangkap, berarti banyak donk yang bakalan ditangkap.
